XWiki Advanced Administration Tools

The following pages allow advanced administration of an XWiki or XWiki farm:

Configuration Tools

• XWiki Configuration Check: Tool to check the XWiki configuration and have recommandations.
• Programming Rights Check: Tool to check that proper programming rights are set on standard pages

Activity Tools

• Show Logs : Show n number of log lines
• Show Rights: Tool to give an overview of wiki, spaces and pages rights.
• Manage Comments: Tool to list, select and delete comments of the whole wiki.
• Flush JMX & XWiki Cache: Tool to flush all the caches
• Flush XWiki Cache: Tool to flush the xwiki cache

Storage Management Tools

• Used Space: Tool to check the disk space used by your wikis
• Shrink Recycle Bins: tool to empty the recycle bins of your wikis
• Database to Filesystem porter: Move attachments to filesystem from DB (needs filesystem storage feature)

Upgrade Tools

• Wiki Diff: tool to check differences between a wiki and a default XAR

• Export pages and spaces

• Large Export on Disk (recommended for large wikis)

MySQL/MariaDB Tools

• MySQL Database Encoding Check: Tool to check the MySQL database encoding
• MySQL Indexes Check: Tool to check MySQL indexes
• Run Query: Tool to run queries on the MySQL database
• Show Large History: Tool to list pages with large history 
• Show Spammed Pages: Tool to list spammed pages (huge number of comments)
• Sanity Check: Tool to check the consistency of the database
